Got a question, a custom idea, or just want to talk dice? We're a one-person workshop in Derbyshire, so you'll always be talking to an actual human — usually with a printer humming in the background.

We answer every message within 1–2 working days. If you're asking about a colour, a specific Tome insert, or whether something can be printed in time for a birthday or a session, just ask — we'd much rather get it right than have you guess.

Before you write — the quick answers

"When will my order arrive?"Everything we sell is printed to order, freshly, for you. Your items are printed and hand-finished within 2–5 working days, then shipped once they've passed our quality check. Free UK delivery on orders over £50.

"Can I get this in a colour I can't see?"We stock 30 PLA colours, and every colour is selectable right on the product page — no emails required (though Indigo Purple and Gold are the house favourites, for the record). If a colour you want isn't showing, drop us a line.

"Can you make something custom?"Sometimes, yes. We can personalise select products on request. Tell us what you're picturing and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.

"Something arrived not quite right."Then we'll put it right. 3D printing is a craft, not a conveyor belt — if a print doesn't meet the standard we'd want on our own table, email us and we'll reprint or refund, no interrogation required.
