Your order goes straight to the printer. Every piece is printed fresh in your chosen colour, then hand-cleaned and inspected before it ships.
Allow 2–5 days for printing and finishing. We'll send your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Product care

Our products are made for durability, but a little care keeps them looking their best! Gently clean with a soft cloth as needed and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. Please remember, these items are not toys and are intended for tabletop gaming use only

30 days, no exceptions.
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Every item qualifies — made to order or ready-made, full price or on sale. It just needs to be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Return postage.
Changed your mind? You cover the postage back to us.
Faulty, damaged or the wrong item? We cover the appropriate return costs — that one's on us.

How it works.
Email info@mandmprints.com with your order number so we know it's coming, then post it back. We check returns the day they arrive and issue your refund straight away; your bank or card provider can take up to 10 days to show it.

Exchanges.
Send the item back and place a fresh order for the piece you'd rather have — that gets it into the print queue right away.

Shipping

Most M&M Prints products are made to order, while some items are already printed and ready to dispatch. The information below explains how processing and delivery times work.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

We do not currently offer international delivery.

Made-to-order items

Most of our products are made to order.

Your item is normally printed within 2–5 business days.
Once printing is complete, every item is hand-checked before dispatch.
Your order is then passed to the delivery carrier.

Ready-made items

Some products are already printed and ready to dispatch.

These items are normally shipped within 2–4 business days.
They are checked before being packed and dispatched.

Orders Containing Multiple Items

If your order contains a mix of ready-made and made-to-order products, we will normally dispatch everything together once the full order is ready.

This means the order may follow the longer made-to-order processing time.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.

You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Processing time and delivery time are separate.

Possible Delays

Occasionally, printing or dispatch may take longer than expected.

This may happen because of:

Unusually high order volumes
A failed or interrupted print that needs to be restarted
Unexpected production issues

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we're unable to redirect it.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

It shouldn't — every item is hand-inspected before it ships — but if something arrives damaged or isn't right, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
